Our credit card processor securely stores payment information, ensuring that charges are made only in accordance with the specific terms outlined in your payment documentation and project timeline. In cases of split payments, the dates for subsequent automatic charges will be clearly indicated in your invoicing. We encourage you to promptly inform us of any updates or changes to your payment method to ensure seamless transaction processing and avoid any disruption to your project timeline.

Refund Policy

At Peaked Digital Marketing Group, we are committed to providing high-quality services tailored to your specific needs. Due to the nature of our business, we focus on delivering bespoke solutions and services. Therefore, all projects are non-refundable once they have been initiated. We ensure that before any billing occurs, each project is thoroughly planned, approved by you, and is underway. This approach guarantees that you have full clarity and agreement on what we are delivering, aligning our efforts with your expectations. Delivery Policy

Our delivery policy is designed to communicate transparency and efficiency in delivering our services. Upon the commencement of a project, we will provide you with a detailed timeline, outlining key milestones and expected completion dates. Our team is dedicated to adhering to these timelines, ensuring that your project is delivered in a timely and professional manner. For digital products or services, delivery will be conducted electronically through secure means. If physical goods are part of the service, we will provide shipping details, including carrier information and expected delivery dates.

Return Policy

Given the customized nature of our services and products, we do not offer returns. We emphasize the importance of thorough consultation and planning prior to the initiation of any project to ensure that your specific needs and expectations are met. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss how we can address your concerns.

 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. If you need to cancel a subscription or reservation, please contact us at your earliest convenience. For cancellations made before the project has commenced, no fees will be applied. However, once a project is in progress, we are unable to offer cancellations due to the bespoke nature of our work. We encourage open communication to ensure that your project aligns with your expectations and needs throughout its duration.

Website Development Policy

Web Development

1. Development Timeline & Additional Charges

Peaked Digital operates on a 60-day web development cycle, beginning on the date of contract execution and the provision of all required client materials. Should the development cycle extend beyond this period due to client delays, an additional monthly operations fee will be incurred until the website is launched. This extension charge will never be assessed due to delays caused by Peaked Digital and will only apply in cases where the client has failed to provide necessary resources, including but not limited to:

• Login credentials or account access (e.g., Google accounts, Meta accounts, domain access, ad account access).

• Business content, branding assets, or any other essential information required for site completion.

• Timely communication and responsiveness (e.g., missed meetings, lack of engagement, failure to approve work within reasonable timeframes).

2. Change Requests & Excessive Revisions

Clients are permitted three structured opportunities to request revisions during the development process:

• Post-Discovery Meeting (Initial scope and requirements finalization).

• Post-Live Link Delivery (First full draft of the website made available for client review).

• Final Website Review (Prior to official site launch).

Beyond these three designated revision rounds, any additional revision cycles initiated by the client will be subject to a $1,000 charge per revision request (per volley of changes). This includes excessive or non-substantive modifications, failure to communicate precise feedback, or repeated delays in approving the site for launch.

Google/Meta Ads Policy

Google & Meta Ads (Pay-Per-Click Advertising)

1. Ad Build Fee & Data Harvesting Period

Upon payment of the required ad build fee, Peaked Digital will initiate a 60-day data harvesting period. During this time, ad campaigns will be structured to gather performance data and optimize for efficiency. As a result, ad performance during this period may be at or below industry standard benchmarks, as the campaign undergoes refinement. Clients acknowledge that:

• No formal reports, meetings, or performance reviews will be provided during the initial 60-day period.

• At the 60-day mark, a strategic meeting will be held to assess data insights and implement an ongoing ad strategy, including budget adjustments and performance optimization.

• Following this meeting, monthly ad performance reports will be delivered via Google Analytics, and a monthly meeting with the client’s ad specialist will be scheduled for continued performance reviews.

2. Ad Management Fee & Billing Structure

Our ad management fee will be assessed at the conclusion of the initial 60-day period, covering strategy adjustments, campaign monitoring, and performance optimization for the subsequent 60-day cycle. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full before the next management cycle begins.

3. Google Ad Payment Policy

Google Ads now requires ACH (Automated Clearing House) payments for all advertising expenses. Due to Google’s processing policies, all ad payments must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the scheduled billing window to avoid disruptions in campaign delivery. Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and timely payment submission to maintain campaign continuity.

SEO Programs

1. SEO Program Offerings & Website Visibility

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services are available only upon the completion of website development. While basic SEO fundamentals are included in all website builds, clients are strongly encouraged to enroll in an extended SEO program to enhance visibility and improve organic traffic performance.

2. Available SEO Packages

Peaked Digital offers the following SEO tiers:

• SEO Basics (Included in all website development projects) – Covers fundamental on-site optimization, metadata structuring, mobile web development, and essential indexing setup.

• Comprehensive SEO (Recommended – 10-week program) – Focuses on advanced on-site and off-site optimization, keyword targeting, backlink development, and content strategy implementation to establish long-term search engine authority.

• Enterprise SEO (Custom evaluation required) – Available on a case-by-case basis for businesses requiring an extensive SEO approach, including highly competitive industry positioning, AI-driven optimization strategies, and a dedicated SEO team.

3. Client Acknowledgment & SEO Commitment

Clients acknowledge that SEO is an ongoing process that requires continued optimization beyond initial development. A website with no active SEO strategy may lack meaningful visibility, rendering it ineffective in achieving business objectives. As such, Peaked Digital strongly encourages all clients to commence a dedicated SEO program immediately following website launch to maximize long-term results.
